So I recently got a new phone and need to switch my phone number on steam to my new one. I would love to do this but it is asking me for a SMS from my old number... I dont understand how I am suppose to get a text to a number that is no longer accessible. At this point I can no longer trade on all 4 of my accounts because I cant switch my number. Any Help Would Be Really Appreciated Thanks.

I have the exact same problem. Plus, i lost the code they gave me (the one we are supposed to save somewhere safe).

I did contact them.... I got a msg back saying switch my number with the link... it was the same thing. Steam is useless when it comes to support

Also what was your question when you contacted them? Was it "how do i change the number?" or something basic or? Because if it was that unspecific i can understand them not giving you more help.

I told them how i got a new phone and was unable to change the number because it was no longer accessible... They replied with the switching number fix that was useless. Im going to send another ticket later today to see if they respond differently because in the mean time i cant do any trading what so ever

No don't make another ticket, that will take longer.
Stick to the same ticket, explain again what has happened and why you can't change the number.
