How to remove SteamVR Perfomance Test

I downloaded this to run the test and now I'm finished with it. It is auto-installing updates now, though, and I don't want it to. I can't find it in my games library or my software library to uninstall it though (I thought I already HAD uninstalled it). I can't find it under support either to request to remove it from my account.

How do I get rid of this thing for real so that it doesn't download updates for itself anymore?
