How to change notification positioning

How do I change the position that the "xxxx is now playing *insert game here*" pops up in? Because it's in the bottom right for me but it's not ideal as it blocks important things in some games I play.

Really? I swear I managed it ages ago.. Eh, thanks anyway, saves me the time I would be wasting search for a way to do it.

For example, out of your games, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive allows you to change the overlay position in the game's own settings.

You could also change the overlay's position by adjusting the steam.styles -file (in-game overlay with gameoverlay.styles) and using the Steam\skins\ -folder as an override folder.

i.e. You'd make copies of the steam.styles and gameoverlay.styles -files under Steam\resource\styles\

Place them i.e. here

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\skins\JoshOverride\resource\styles\

Open gameoverlay.styles up with WordPad and change Notifications.PanelPosition -line.

Then enable the said override via Steam > Settings > Interface

Outside the game Notifications position can be altered with the steam.styles -file, similarly titled line.

I went through all of the settings available a few times and I didnt see any way to reposition it. I also remember there being a way before
