The Division crashes my internet.
So I recently bought The Division and started playing, after about 2-5 min my internet cuts out and I am unable to continue playing. I really want to play the game. I tried the game out on my brothers computer and there was no problem. So the problem got to originate from my computer. I tried completely wiping and reinstalling my computer, did not work. I cannot find any solutions online.

Clean your PC. Regarding cleaning your PC, Compressed Air Clearer/Remover can be found at most retailers like Wal-Mart, Best Buy etc in the electronics department or can be bought online from etailers like Amazon or Newegg. Prices may vary depending on the brand but it's usually ~$4.00 or so a can.

Now for those temperatures, both idle and the little gameplay you could get was higher than normal but still within acceptable levels. I would recommend doing a thorough cleaning though of your system to see if you can improve it, especially the fans with compressed air & Q-Tips on the fins to remove all the dust.

Now for your power supply, from searching around I believe this is yours - DPS-250WB. And from those specifications that power supply is not meant to handle both a CPU & dedicated video card. Which I'm guessing is the generic brand that came with your system when you bought it. Having a bad power supply can cause issues such as bad performance in 3D games/applications, freezing, shut downs which you are experiencing and in the worst case scenario an overload.

I would recommend that you stop trying to play games on that power supply until you can replace it with something of higher quality. An Antec EA 380W should be sufficient but if you would like something a little more powerful the 430W model will be just fine.

@OP:

Has this always been an issue in your case? Any differences to your brother's computer that you can recall software or network setupwise?

You should provide information:

- how is your computer connected to the internet, Ethernet, WLAN card or stick
- what are your computer Specs, is it a PC or a laptop
- what are the specs of your internet connection
- do you and your brother share the same connection? Are there other people using the network at the same time as you are
- have you done an internet speed test, without anything running in the background? What was it saying?
- what does "my internet cuts out" mean, do you get a message in the game, what is it (word for word, write it down or make a screen shot with F12 and load it up so we can see it)
or do you get a message from your PC/laptop and also what does it say word for word

We both have the same internet connection with diffrent ethernet cables, and there is nothing wrong with my internet otherwise. I have roughly 15Mbit/s down and 1.7Mbit/s up.
I just get the Delta 2000984 error and my internet goes down for a couple of minutes.

The game is sending tons of packets, so low internet connection just act like they're getting DDoSed, they got saturated. I also have this problem and it has nothing to deal with your computer, it's just the game's servers system which has been so badly done.

You may crash less if you're not using Matchmaking, or joining friends.
Stay on your own session, invite your friends, but joining someone else may crash your internet easier.

Well I solved it and it was due to my power supply and now I don't have any problems with the game.

I have the same problem. Due to this I lost the loot of a 2 hours DZ run with my friends.
What can be done to solve this?

In my case it was a faulty power supply that must have sent out some electrical spikes killing my router. Since this was a hardware problem on my side I can't help you guys find a solution.

A PSU in a PC sending power to a router?
Through CAT 5?

It sent some kind a electrical spikes from the PSU resulting in some odd way with the router going down. I've recently got a new one and I'm back to playing online games.
