According to the minimum requirements, no.

I'd imagine if you ran the game at 720p with all low settings you'd get around 30fps, but it's not going to be pretty or smooth.

would the graphics be trash and super pixelated?

The graphics would be crap and you'd probably get massive amounts of stuttering.

Buy it and see. If it doesn't work, refund it.

I just want to be able to play the game and have ok graphics. I can run Just Cause 2 just fine and have pretty good graphics

Also, my skyrim runs pretty well too without lag.

See post 4. Nothing to lose with Steam's amazing refund policy.

Dont bother. Your system is way too weak for this game.

But.. I don't want to add steam funds untill i know it works

Its pretty simple. Ask yourself 2 questions.
Is my CPU strong enough? Is my GPU strong enough?

Lets look at the system requirements:
"Minimum: Intel Core i5-750, 2.67 GHz Recommended: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz

So that is the first big NO, your CPU is weaker then the minimum required CPU.

Then lets look at the GPU:
Minimum: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 Recommended: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

Thats the second big NO, your Intel HD Family chip is like 20% of the power of the minimum required card.

So no, you cant run this game. Even if it would start it will have unplayable low framerates, even on lowest settings.

ok thanks.

The game will crash probably. The GPU is very weak. I made the same mistake of using an Intel HD card to run TF2; my Vista received the blue screen error.

One sign to notice if your laptop is able to play games is the price. In USD, the laptop price should be at least $1 000 or more. You might get a laptop at a cheaper price used or during a sale, but $1 000 price tag is the minumum.
