Endless loading screen (gta4)
It´s impossible to start a new game of GTA IV, because the loading screen is endless. I have Win10, could this be the reason?

it's probably related to gfwl , i ran gta4 on win10 , i had to first install xboxlive and the market place i think , it's been a while so you need to do some googling

Yeah I had the infinite character art load screen looping and I think that thread helped me solve it though I canlt remember the exact fix
