I added 5 USD code on my account, it converts it to 4.55 € which is fine I get this when I open market page.

Wallet codes do not unlock the market. You will need to make a purchase directly from Steam.

Sure. As long as it is bought directly from Steam, and you don't refund it/do a chargeback, that's all that matters.
