Store Videos ...

Okay, you know when you go to a certain game store page on Steam, then the game has videos and screenshots you can view??

Okay, now here is my issue .... doesnt Steam App have a Quality setting on the videos on the store page??

Reason i ask is, i can view the video just fine on the small window, as soon as i enlarge it, it buffers every 3 seconds for 10 seconds. I tried using Steam through my browser to maybe get better connectivity, but nope, same issue as on the App.

On the browser i can watch the vids on a normal small windwo, as soon as i enlarge the video, im back to square one .... watch for 3 seconds, buffer for 10 seconds ....

Now i know its not my internet cause when i go to YouTube i can view vids at 720p fullscreen just fine, but hop back to my Steam tab in my browser, suddenly i cant view the video Fullscreen.

Sometiems the video gets stuck on a endless buffer to which i need to reload the page again.

The other issue i have is once i choose Fullscreen (No matter if on App or Browser), and close fullscreen to go to normal small window, all a sudden i get the same issue with 10 seconds buffer, and 3 seconds video. But im at small screen?? Just a moment ago i could have watch the video fine in a small screen, now just because i went fullscreen, and closed my fullscreen, the video now still thinks its in fullscreen and i get cosntant buffer??

Its so bad that a 1minute video turns into a 5min video. So what gives?? Whats with this bug??

I used to have buffering problems, even on small vids. Solved it by checking "enable harware video decoding" (Settings->Interface).
Whats yours set to?

Well, it was disabled, i enabled it, but still did not work. Same issue

How the hell do i contact Steam Support with this specific error?? I cannot create a ticket with my preference.

I need to build a ticket through a select system in to which my issue is not present??
