Steam Store Country change
OK, this is a problem I have encountered and still struggling with since I still have received no replies from the steam support.

The problem is that I can't change the steam store country to the rightful one which is S.Korea. I live in Cambodia right now, so I can understand why one of 2 countries is Cambodia, and I actually have a buddy who lends me his credit card sometimes. But the problem is that the remaining accessible country is set in Vietnam. I don't live in Vietnam, nor I have a card from Vietnam. From what I think, it's because of the ISP region set in Vietnam.

What I wanna know are is it possible to change the region by asking steam support with clear reasons, and if it changes, can I keep the steam store country of S.korea?
