Question about regional pricing.

My account has both the states and Taiwan as selectables. I left it on the states for one (or two reasons):

1) The difference has been 5 USD, they think that people here make almost US salary (which isn't the case)
2) regional blocking. Don't see everything and I can't even run some of the games I already own.

Now there is a game that has a big difference. Well big enough to entice me, with a difference of 21 USD. If I were to switch my account to TW and use my local card will that game only be playable in Taiwan?

Yes some games get blocked. But my question is different.

It depends on the game. Some have activation locks. Some have play locks. You will have to find out which it is for this game.

It should tell youbefore your purchase I think. There are several different types such as install blocks, play blocks, or activation blocks in terms of region locked games.
