Can hear myself through my headset
I When playing a game in co-op I can hear what I say a second or two after I say it through my headset followed by a reply. I have searched and followed dozens of solutions of what to disable on playback but nothing works. I removed my sound card and drivers and tried the onboard sound but no difference at all. Any help or pointers would be very welcome.
I am running Windows 10 latest fast ring release and I must say that when playing a friend at Dying Light he has Windows 10 but dosnt experience the playback of his own voice.

Does the person you are playing with have a microphone? Is it possible their microphone is picking up your voice, coming from their speakers?

Good point! I will ask him to disable his mic as a test and report back.

Do you have this echo issue outside Dying Light?

I'm pretty sure the last time I played Dying Light it had its own voice chat enabled by default.

Dont know if it is a Steam problem or a Dying Light problem but its fixed now. Downloaded C3 and using that, it is crystal clear sound now.
