Yeah that link was a phishing hack. Download a anti malware program and let it clear your pc. Then change all your passwords.

The link wasn't a picture, it was a program.

Mr Malware. This harmful infection is disguised in a variety of forms but mostly as an image to entice people to click.

Its called "malware". Its also called "Your alarm bells should have gone alert when Windows asked you if you want to EXECUTE a picture".
Another one of these, huh.

As Ogami said, secure your computer. You've infected your computer at some point or another.
Alright, thanks guys
You just have to look at the grammar in the alert to know it's fake.

"Your Steam will be blocked as long as the offer not accepted in Steam mobile authenticator" :tgrin:

"Steam has detected suspicious login and try to trade with you"

Plus the overall fact it doesn't make any sense for items to be forced out of the account if it's supposedly seen a suspicious login.

This could be of use: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6057-YLBN-1660

But if I were you, I'd also look for suspicious files myself outside scans, and probably move SteamApps and userdata -folders elsewhere for a while and reinstall Steam entirely.
This is the reason Valve is implementing 15 day trade holds.
