See how your framerate is without the Vsync?
It may not fix it, so you're going to have to toy around with the options a lot and see what works best for you and your system.

It's a technology microsoft implemented to cache ram with recurrent data that programs use often.
Even have the HD texture pack on and Ultra settings, didn't expect my crappy PC to be able to handle it, but I do have a GTX 1060 6gb, only good thing about my PC, CPU is a AMD Phenom 9550 @ 2.2
Looks way better than it did on xbone
