Constant problems whit payment method

Greetings,
I have constant problems from time to time whit payment method so I beg you if enyone can help me wit more info or how to fix it once and for all.I use method my pay pal account or just paypal but as I said before Steam bloxk or not allow me to finish my transaction and to buy desired game .What to do ???

Hello again ,
So far I obtain over 60 games but this problem is constant after I do all require to buy game that I desire I got next sentance :

Your purchas has not been completed.The payment processor hes reported an autorization failure.Please select a different method :o

The message is self-explanatory. Simply do what it says.

I try all method which is paypal or my paypal acount and alway the same message :o I mean
I always pay on one ways but now nothing help always the same message ...please if you know anythig that I can done to fix it ?

This is how looks like full message after steam update and still I cant do anything to buy games
no metter how much time I change my payment method

Did you let Steam remember your PayPal account? If yes, forget the account and use it as a new one.

My dear friend ,
the first time I faced this problem last year and after several attempts which lasted several days
I gave up,however the problem is solved by itself somehow.When was a discount on the occasion of the Chinese New Year the problem came back when I tried to buy Max Pain 3 but
again the next day everything everything was fine.Last night or night before I'm not sure when I tried to buy Layers of Fear happened again so therefore worries me that randomly appears and disappears especially when I read about similar problems on Steam ..user
with such a problem was not able to buy the game two years :o

In my case it's all good and proper and when I buy a game I got :
Your purchas has not been completed.The payment processor hes reported an autorization failure.Please select a different method - if I buy whit my paypal acount

Or
The payment processor has reported a problem with the funding source associated with your account. Please select a different payment method or update your funding source with PayPal and try again - if I use option to change and then buy directly through paypal ....

Hahahaha interesting statement,well I appreciate all the support I was just scared
and still I'm what if it does not fix by itself so so I decided to seek advice because
in the future may become a serious problem it would be good to pay attention.
I had all sorts of problems here so far but they were trifles so I fix it alone but if I
cant buy game that can be serious problem if you agree whit me ...

My advice is: Remove the remembered PayPal account from Steam and add it as a fresh account. Within your PayPal account, change the payment method. Or simply use a different payment method altogether.
