New Account and cant buy skins

So I recently started playing pc and made a steam account and bought cs go about 3 days ago. I got an alert on the steam market for skins and it wont let me buy skins or cases or trade. theres a date on the bottom of the alert but I wanna confirm if theres anyway to get my skins I bought off of bitskins. can anyone help me


the alert says:

This is not a place to discuss 3rd party scam sites. I would advise deleting your account there and securing your Steam account.
