Steam locking accounts on same ip?
Hello,
I use to have more accounts because i need them when i have coldown on my main etc...
So here's what happened, steam locked every account that is associated with my ip address, i think they flagged me or something but i have pretty much no idea, and then i have contacted support but they are not responding for 8 days now and i provided whole card number, exp date and card holder but they just deleted every number but the last four digits of the card without leaving any replies, do anyone have sam issues with lock and is there anyway to contact support faster?

So someone else did use your account. After you said that yi never shared your account with anyone. Dude, can you agree with yourself?
I have shared but i think it doesn't count because he's using my computer, so basically it was the same ip

Well they have IP Addresses, Emails, Steam IDs, and a record of chat/trade history on Steam.

They normally would place it under lockdown if it's under investigation and they are checking or recovering stolen items, etc. It's to stop scammers creating alt accounts and trading/selling off the items.

You would have to ask Steam Support. The public doesn't have the full details. They might take quite a while to response, depending where they are at with the checks - specially if backtracing item trades from account to account and linking the relationship between main/alt accounts, scammer friends, etc.

Valve stores your user id and a combination of your IP address and time to stamp on activities, such as even that post you made on the Steam Forums. This is common practice for almost 100% of web services.

If someone else logs into the account, they can tell from that - IP Address changed and different location. If you use a VPN/Proxy, they can tell via the IP Address again.

If the activity is coming from the same computer, it would be the same IP Address at that moment of time. Therefore, don't allow your brother/sister/friend/cousin/pet to use your Steam Account. It's under the Steam TOS (terms of service), not to share the account with others. It's also why they have family sharing options, etc.

Perhaps it's all the scam attempts pending on your alt accounts for...

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

Just guessing using the NSA to snoop background history, I personally have no idea.
I saw reports, but as you can see he don't know english very good, it was my friend using my account, he's an idiot and i had to pay those people because of his faults...
Your story is becoming more suspicious by the minute. It actually stinks of fraudulent activity which is probably why your accounts have been locked as Valve will suspend all accounts with the same payment method attached.

The restriction notification will disclose why your account is locked e.g fraudulent chargeback, fraudulent activity etc... so it's best not to skirt around and just wait for Support to respond. They are overloaded with tickets and have to investigate serious matters like these in detail.

No, it's not fraudulent activity, it clearly says that account has been accessed by someone else and i have to proof to steam support that account is mine to lift it off
