For the record, that is assuming your friend is buying the games as a gift, and not logging into your account to purchase them directly. Sharing your login information with other users is not allowed, and neither is purchasing at regional pricing that is not the region you live in.
Correct. You cant even activate the gift. And if he activates them while in Russia, you wont be able to download or start the games when back.
Those will only start/download with an russian IP which he will no longer have when he comes back.
Just buy the normal priced version from your country even if its more expensive. Its not worth the headache buying games in russia even if they are cheaper.
