Report a translation problem
If you have Steam Cloud enabled under the game's Properties > Updates. Try launching the game and exit. See if it synchronizes to Steam Cloud.
By default, it's enabled in both Steam > Settings > Cloud; as well as the game's properties.
the backup files it creates are 7zip files so you can extract them wherever or let the software do it.
Forcen posted a good tool, should you not want to use that, there's also http://pcgamingwiki.com which mentions a lot of save game data locations.
But try pcgamingwiki also, great stuff and more broad.
