Error Code (41)
Installation was fine, but when I click on the play, the screen darkens, turns to something like installing Steam (assuming the game, but it's weird because I installed the game to download to PC). Then I pop up table "" The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request for Siant row IV. Error Code (41) "" "" Can you tell me some help

Can you inform me what windows you're using?

Saints Row IV is not officially compatible with Windows 8.1, the developers recommend using Windows 7. The game does run on most Windows 8 computers, though.

You could also try this :

- Start the game with the option "run as administrator" (right-click on the program symbol and choose the Corresponding option from there)

- Start the game in compatibility mode (right-click on the program symbol and choose the Corresponding option from there)

- Install the latest version of DirectX 9.0c from www.microsoft.com

- Uninstall your video driver, restart your computer and download the latest driver available.

If these do not work then try verifying your game cache files, see if anything is missing. Last but not least, even though it might be a pain - unistall and reinstall the game. Once the game is fully installed restart your computer and reboot ; relaunch Steam then try opening the game.

Hope this helps.

I just installed Windows 10 on my system. When trying to launch Age of Empires II HD Edition I get the same error. Game worked before the update. I'll try installing new video drivers tomorrow and let you know if it worked.
