Add Visa gift card to Steam Wallet

Hi I was wondering how do I add a pre paid visa gift card with $20.00?? On cause I was wanting to use that in order to get the new American Truck Sim game. and then use paypal to pay for taxes.

You need to be more specific about your issue, as this thread's much older than should have been bumped.

At what point does this stop working for you? Are you being asked for billing address? Provide it. Have you made sure that the card in question *can be used for digital purchases*? Because some cannot.
