You logged in from a new device you cant trade 7 days
i m using this computer already over a year and i can still not trade anything on the internet like steam lotterys or csgo lotterys. can someone help me?

A new browser? Has something/someone removed the cookies?

Do note that you'd be immune to New Device Restrictions if you had the Steam Mobile Authenticator enabled for 7 days (and kept it on since.)

Accounts with a Mobile Authenticator enabled for at least 7 days are no longer restricted from trading or using the Market when using a new device since trades on the new device will be protected by the Mobile Authenticator.

Do you have Trading / Market restrictions on your Steam -client at the moment?

Something has likely removed your cookies, but just wondering the area of effect in your case scenario.

Then it's something to do with your Chrome, indeed.

You could just access those websites of yours using the Steam overlay's web-browser.
