When I try to go on Steam i am greeted with this error message "the exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occured in the application at location 0x3f0 1ecde" I have no idea what it is, it has happened during a competitive game on CS:GO and i recieved a 7 day ban because of it. PLEASE HELP ME!!
