Where did my money go?
So I had 15€ on my steam wallet and today I tried to buy Undertale to my friend with it. I accidentally chose the wrong payment so I tried to buy it again but now all the money on my steam wallet is gone! I haven't used it on anything I have only purchased Undertale to myself and nothing else. The money should still be there but I don't know where it's gone. Then I had this error when I tried to purchase Undertale to my friend saying that my payment wasn't confirmed. Even tough I didn't even get to pay anything. I don't know if the wallet was empty before I tried to buy Undertale to my friend. Because I assumed that the 15€ should still be there since I never used them to anything. Where did all my money go?

You can see your Steam Wallet balance changes here:

Yes I know that and it only said that the payment wasn't confirmed. So I erased those Informations about this purchase. Also I didn't try to pay it with my steam wallet I was accidentally trying to pay it with a Paysafecard so it' shouldn't even had took any money out of my wallet. But all my money is still gone.

Would've still liked to know what it actually said (how the page displayed); not your version of what it said.

So, what about here?:

Anything?

It says Undertale (gift) Failed 9,99€. Also I haven't got any E-mail saying that my payment was confirmed so it propably didn't take any money from me. But that still doesen't explain where all my money went since I never used them.

Even in Failed situations, it's possible money is drawn (and is later returned).

Although, you said all the money disappeared from your Steam Wallet, which you had 15€ on.

10€ game shouldn't remove 15€ on your Steam Wallet.

That's why I'd like you to check more, Wallet balance history and the page I listed second. You could also check that you're exactly on the account you added the funds on to begin with.

15€ doesn't just disappear.

I know. My only purchases are Undertale which I bought to myself a month ago. And after that it shows 2 Failed purchases of undertale first one shows the cart and second one shows the gift. Both are failed and dated on today. Do I get my money back since they both are failed or did they just take my money for nothing? That sucks because I was going to buy Undertale for my friend since it's their birthday today. If I get my money back do you have any idea when it will come back?

Steam informed me that my purchase failed, but there is a pending charge on my credit/debit card. Why?
If the error message that you receive when failing a purchase contains the words "temporary hold," you may have failed an AVS (address verification) or CVV2 (3-digit code on the back of the card) check with your bank. In these cases, most banks will still allow the purchase to go through, setting the funds for the purchase amount aside, despite this information being incorrect. Steam will always decline a transaction that fails an address or CVV check. Steam will not collect the funds that your bank has put on hold. Your bank will release the funds to you at a later date per their policy. This can often take up to 10 business days.

10 business days being 14 days.

Okay, thank you. One last question since I erased both of them from my purchase history (because I didn't know what to do) do I still get my money back. I mean I can see them on https://help.steampowered.com/#HelpWithPurchase but not in my purchase history anymore.

That wouldn't affect the process, so you'd get the money back.
