Steam Support Alert
I was playing csgo and my game crashed for some reason and then when I went back and open Steam to verify integrity of game a message popped up:

Steam Support Alert - 21 February

Steam has detected suspicious behaviour from your account.

Steam Support has detected suspicious login and try to trade with your Steam account. To protect your account and items we will hold items with Escrow system. You need accept trade offer in your Steam Mobile Authenticator.

(there was a picture here with the picture of what the profile looked like and what it is offering not what I was offering though)

How to regain access to your account:
To protect your account, you need to confirm trade offer in Steam Mobile Authenticator and wait a few minutes until the Steam Support will verify your account.

This account will have restricted functionality until the owner has regained access.
For security reasons, your Steam will be blocked as long as the trade offer not accepted in Steam Mobile Authenticator.

When i accepted the trade it had all the tradeable items in my inventory in it.

Please help!!!!! I cannot open steam without it minimizing again and cant play any games.

You should really find out how you got infected with this.. If you don't it could happen again.
Also you should be really really happy that valve added these damn long trade holds and mobile restrictions. Without them the malware would just have stolen your items without you knowing it.

I would scan your PC with http://malwarebytes.org/ if I where you.

Someone was able to use your account to make a trade.
So your computer is likely remote accessed.

They just need you to accept the trade. Because they werent able to remote access your phone. yet.

Hmmm...so if i do nothing, they will spam my phone with suspicious trades. And i got infected cause i'm fuc*kin stupid and clicked on a link that somoene (a private profile named DIvInIty) sent me in order to show me the knife that he wanted to trade. The reason was that his imaginary friend could not add me because of the limited friend number on my account, so he sent me this link for his friend to me.
Hope you won't get the same situation! Be careful!

I would recommend to format and reinstall for less.
Or waste time trying to find it, while you never can be sure what was done.

For me I sent a steam support ticket saying that my account was hijacked, with that put down that you have a notification that will not go away unless steam is closed, after that make sure that you prove that you own the account so that steam will do something, after that send it and then check it every day until you get access back, for me it took about 5 full days. Hope it helps and you get your account back.

ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRADE WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRADE!!

A couple tips for others:

1. Steam does not use the word "escrow" that is a term used in the community and on third party trading/being sites only.
2. If Valve had to take your items to protect them (which makes no sense anyways as they would simply lock your account), they wouldn't need you to accept a trade offer first.

In the future PLEASE use common sense. Just because you use MA doesn't mean you are invincible.
