I bought The Division Steam Key (Not Gift Nor Uplay) from King-uin ... so It's not a Uplay Version of the game.. Thanks for your comment but please read the question fully before answering :)
If you want a refund; speak to the site you bought the game from. You cannot obtain a refund from a Store that you did not buy the game from. The Division keys have also not been distributed yet so your story does not add up in the slightest.
yeah that seems logical.. i have no other way than to sell that Nvidia Bundle Code which I really would not like to do.. :(
It's a shame but that's probably your best option. Just keep in mind that's most likely a Uplay key anyway. At the moment, it's still in high demand but don't wait too long as it drops when more and more people buy cards.

Note: This is a PRE-ORDER, the key will be delivered upon release. Released on 8th of March 2016.
Activation = uPlay DRM.
Why don't you just try and obtain a refund from the website instead of coming up with a convoluted story on here?
