How can i request a refund for a game that i activated via a Code (Not Gift) on steam??
i recently bought a Steam Key for The Division and activated it on Steam.. and I bought a GTX 970 few days ago and got the Nvidia Bundle with it.. I wasn't sure about Nvidia Giving The Division Game with GPU so i bought the game.. so I'd very much like to request a refund for the game i've already activated...

You can't, you never gave money to Steam so they're not going to give you any back. Try the place you bought it, but refunds for keys are very unlikely since they're one use items.

If you bought it anywhere other than Steam, it cannot be refunded on Steam.

uPLay games cannot be activated on Steam - only games purchased in the store itself run through Steam. If you bought the game in the Store; you can refund it through the usual process.

I bought The Division Steam Key (Not Gift Nor Uplay) from King-uin ... so It's not a Uplay Version of the game.. Thanks for your comment but please read the question fully before answering :)

No 3rd party sites sell Ubisoft Steam keys. Only Ubisoft games that require uPlay purchased direct through the Steam Store need Steam as a DRM. The game isn't released yet and when you get your key from the website you purchased it from; it will be a uPlay key like here http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/gb/en/pc/games/action/tom-clancys-division/#b

If you want a refund; speak to the site you bought the game from. You cannot obtain a refund from a Store that you did not buy the game from. The Division keys have also not been distributed yet so your story does not add up in the slightest.

It's a shame but that's probably your best option. Just keep in mind that's most likely a Uplay key anyway. At the moment, it's still in high demand but don't wait too long as it drops when more and more people buy cards.

I've just checked the website you purchased the game from:-

/category/7397/tom-clancy-s-the-division-uplay-key/
Note: This is a PRE-ORDER, the key will be delivered upon release. Released on 8th of March 2016.
Activation = uPlay DRM.

Why don't you just try and obtain a refund from the website instead of coming up with a convoluted story on here?

there is nothing these forums can do. Besides, you've played 49 hours of the beta and the key can never be used again. I doubt you'll be getting a refund from anywhere.
