Do my friends add me by account name or profile name?
Whenever I'm trying to add a friend I never know whether or not they should add me by my account name, braedentraut24, (which is unchangeable) or my profile name, Dr Pancake, (which I can change). Which do they add me by?

They add you via your profile URL but can locate you in the search by your profile name. Your account name must not be shared to anyone else or made public at any time.
