SpeedFan Temp 3 important

First of all this is a Help and Tips section and not Steam help and tips if you wanna complain about it.

So, like most of us probably who use SpeedFan you have Temp 3 always at 70 to 80 C°, but i couldnt find a answer what Temp 3 is ?
I have these temps in a row:
Temp 1: 25C°
Temp 2: 40C°
Temp 3: 64C° (currently)
HD1: 41C°
HD0: 46C° (going up)
GPU: 34C°
Core: 31C°
I just downloaded SpeedFan, no configuration nothing, can it be that the Temps are wrong configured and Temp 3 is actually my graphics card ? Because its really hot.
