Profile Picture Wont Change?

I insert the file I want as a picture (It is a png file and is within the size limit, I know), but when I press upload it loads for a few seconds, but never changes.

Help?

EDIT FOR ANYONE ELSE WITH THE SAME ISSUE: Solution has been made thanks to Galactic Meme Thief, just follow the link https://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/ and change it from there.
