[Fixed Again] Cannot Change Profile Pic/Avatar

Users are reporting problems again. It appears you can change to recently used avatars, but new images won't upload.

Users are reporting this issue may be resolved. It also appears that changing images for groups is now possible.

This issue appears to have resurfaced. Users are finding they are unable to change their avatar via the client.

HOWEVER, it does seem to work through a web browser. Navigate to https://steamcommunity.com/my/edit

"There was an error processing your upload. There may be an issue with the image file you selected." Does it with any image I select and try to upload.

Thing is, I'm trying to change it back to a picture I had before that worked so I see no reason as to why it isn't working now?

Edit: To any Valve dudes who read this, many people have this problem. Not just me. A fix would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm having this issue as well. It's an avatar I've used before, so I don't understand why now it doesn't work. It only began happening today.

It's happening to me, too. I suppose the best course of action is to wait.

It has to be a small filesize along with a resolution around 512x512 or below.

I did mention that I used it before and it worked. So it can't be anything to do with the file size or resolution.
