No weapon HUD

hi I have windows 10 home 64-bit and I have no weapons HUD when I go to switch weapons in the game. (GMOD)

here are my specs
Intel core i5-6500
ASUS GTX 960 2gb DDR5 OC
MSI z170A PC MATE motherboard
Kingston SSD 300v series 250gb

I also play on ultra 1920-1080 60herz/Fps with anti-aliasing on 8x as well as the Nvidia settings maxed out as well. please tell me what's wrong is it windows 10 or something else please let me know!

How to Access Console:

To open the Console tab, do one of the following: Use the keyboard shortcut Command + Option + J (Mac) or Control + Shift + J (Windows/Linux).

Do me a favour. Open it up. Type sv_cheats 1 then push enter. Then type impulse 101 and enter again.

If it works you should get all weapons and hopefully the hud will appear. If not I'll look for the hud command.
