How long does it take to get a reply on a ticket you've posted on Support?

It takes a while. Just keep waiting. Usually takes about a few days. Sometimes a week or more.

There isn't really an estimated time a support member can reply in.

Some people get a reply quickly, others might take a while. You will just have to wait and see.

I got locked out of my account, I left it open on my browser though.
someone deleted Steam Auth off of my phone, every time I type in my recovery code it says steam has encountered an error.

Can I recover my account using SMS? Apparently its still on this phone but the Steam Mobile guard isnt
