Steam Community Market Problem (CSGO)

So recently, a friend of mine gifted me a copy of CSGO. I started playing it and I love it! But a few days ago, I wanted to access the steam community market to sell a case I got off a match, but it would not allow me. I have already had a Steam Guard authenticated, but I did not buy anything yet from Steam.

Can someone help me out here? It'd be much appreciated.

It should give you a reason with you try to use the market. What does it say verbatim?

What he said. When you open the market, you get some explanation text. Every item in this text has a link titled "to remove this restriction". Click those, read, act accordingly.

The problem is admitted to right here.

You cannot use the Steam Community Market unless you have bought something from the Steam Store. http://store.steampowered.com/ A gifted game does not unlock the Community Market use.

You can purchase anything from the Store.

Since you don't only lack a purchase, but you're also a limited user,

Safest method would be to just buy something for over $5 USD on Steam Store, or add $5 USD to your Steam Wallet.

If you add the funds with a Steam Wallet code, make sure to make a purchase once with them as the redemption process itself isn't a purchase.

Please note, Wallet code redemption does not grant access to the Community Market.

After you're both unlimited and have a purchase, you wait 30 days.

hey guys .....can you help me/.//?? iwas topup steam wallet just now using mol online .....its already done.....then when i was open dota 2 to purchase battle pass ,,i look my account money is zero althouhgh im not used it yet>>> so what should to do guys....?????plssss

Have you checked if the money actually is in your Steam wallet?
