Adding money by using UnionPay

I am living in China. I want to add money to my steam wallet by using Unionpay but I have a problem.
Payment was sussecful but I did not get money to my steam wallet, six days past, I do not know where is my money.
I write to steam support about that but they did not answer yet.
What should I do ?

Did you tryed to restart steam...
Log in steam in your normal browser and them look on your wallet

I also paid steam in unionpay to buy games, using my china merchants bank which shows the transaction successful.

I put in a ticket to steam support, but have not gotten any response for several days now.

hope they can improve their services otherwise I won't spend another cent on steam, and go back to using shady taobao dealers to buy things.

I get my money to my steam wallet 20 days later, i think you need time too

Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.

Same issue here, so you waited 20 days!!! im now on my 3rd day with absolutely no information on steam wallet about my transaction. @steam, do not say that unionpay is a method of payment because its the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing ive ever done. bring back paypal
