I had a refund denied for this game, all it will do is sit on the loading screen. I accumulated 4 hours doing this trying to make it load and now Steam will not issue a refund. I did not see any place in the email they sent me on how to further pursue a refund for this game. I understand not accepting refunds when people play games for many hours but this refund was done the exact same day I bought it and no actual game play was involved. Is there a proper sub-forum to further discuss this or a specific department I can email about this?

They cannot determine if you played the game or not. All they can see is that you spent over 2 hours in the game.

Refund policy is purchased within 14 days AND less than two hours played.
