DS4 controller working on Steam Big Picture but not in Games

I have 2 Dualshock 4 controllers that I used to use with steam, in every game possible, with or without DS4windows. Now suddenly the controllers stopped working on games, but they works flawlessly on Steam Big Picture, and emulators. They are detected and works well in windows properties, and even the touchpad moves the mouse with no issues. The only problem is that the controller won´t work properly in games, and sometimes works very odd. In Ultra Street Fighter 4, it stopped working (with or without DS4Windows, it used to work both ways before). In Trials Evolution, it works flawlessly in menus ingame, but dont move the bike at all, only start works and enter the menus, where it works well. In Metal Slug 3, only the circle (o) button works. I tried everything from drivers to DS4Windows and now I think it is a Steam Issue, because it works in Big Picture and other applications on windows, only don´t work on steam games. It is not a DS4windows issue because even games that support Dualshock like USF4 it is not working at all. I saw some people with the very same problem on the internet, with no workarounds.

Not all games support all the controllers, you may have to remap the keys since they're hardcoded in some games.

Thats not the problem. I can get them to work under another conditions (windows 7 for exemple) and now I realized that I can get this to work under USF4, only doing an alt tab and returning to the game! But that won´t work on the other games. But they used to work on the other games, and suddenly stopped working as I said (aka metal slug 3). It is a steam issue for sure, maybe some incompatibility with some software or driver, or maybe new features for the steam controller that are breaking DS4, intentionaly or not, I don´t know.

Hey man.. Fix this issue yet? My DS4 works in steam overlay but not in gameplay.

I am pretty sure it is a steam problem. I am not having this problem under windows 7 for now. Didn´t found solution. maybe intencional or conflictual problems with steam controller software. really dont know, sorry.
