mm_dedicated_search_maxping not working?

Recently in mm i am getting put into really bad servers for me, usually Western Eu, Eastern NA, and Oceania (I am from western na). I have my mm_dedicated_search_maxping set to 50, and have gone through a few guides with various techniques to help improve ping but nothing works. When I get put into western na servers i run 5-20ms usually, but in other servers i seem to get ~110-150ms. Please help, MM is currently unplayable for me and has been for about 2weeks.

When you're at the bottom then the only way is up or sideways.

When I queue for mm it puts me in bad servers, my internet is fine, if I connect to west na servers via community servers, esea, cevo, etc, I get good ping.

It probably does that because good servers are full so it puts you in bad servers. Just a theory.

So basically mm_dedicated_search_maxping is completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pointless? its not like im searching for ages, it matches me in like 45s-2m
