As for Gppgle.com - it's a commonly used typo domain, which was actually purchased by Google themselves (Registrant Organisation = Google Inc. California - Mountain View). You will find it will either 404 - Page Not Found or simply redirect you to the valid Google.com.
If your PC is new, ensure it has the latest drivers and Windows updates installed. These might be attempting to download in the background and could be using up your bandwidth without you realising what's up.
Ensure it has a quality anti-virus scanner and firewall too. Consider a trusted freebee or if you are after total protection consider actually purchasing one, such as Kaspersky Internet Security. Well worth the price tag for what it covers - it's more than just a mere virus scanner. Application control, script detection, phishing detection, safe banking, etc. The works.
Also, consider a cleaning tool, such as the freebee CCleaner to run ever so often. It will help clean up temporary/junk files, installers, internet cache, etc. Helps keep your PC feeling nice and new.
