Recovering removed steam games
I saw a lot of people writing around "I heard that you can restore games removed from you acc but don't know how".

Is it true? Is there a way to reactive a perma removed game using the new steam feature?
Fun fact: if I enter the cd key of the game I removed, steam still says that I own the game so this makes me think it should be some method to restore it

Check your recycling bin. Otherwise you'll just have to download them again.

No I don't mean "uninstalling" I mean the new "remove" feature

What he is talking about is the removal of a game from your account, not your harddisk. Something Valve added last year.
As far as i'm aware you need to contact Support to reinstate the game.

If the "Delete local content" option is not working for you, you can delete the content manually by following these instructions:
Exit Steam
Navigate to "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps" and delete the following GCF files:
"(game) content.gcf"
"(game) english.gcf" (or any other language)
Navigate to "SteamApps\<username>"
Backup any save games you wish to keep (located in the "(game)" folder)
Delete the "(game)" folder
Start Steam
Right click on Portal and select "Install Game"

Also the game means the type of game.

In the Steam Client at the top, select 'Help' and then 'Steam Support' and you should be able to locate the game from your product list where you can restore the licence like this http://i.imgur.com/QXDxuJJ.png
