How to get ROW (non-region restricted) games?

I've seen many people on trading forums with ROW games. Im wondering is there a way to buy the games without the region restriction. Do i have do go through some procedures for it?

It depends a lot where you live. If you live in Europe or Northern America nearly all games you buy are not region restricted.
On the other hand, if you live in countries in which games are much cheaper like Russia or South America then all the games you can buy on the store will be region locked to those countries.

Depends on which country you are from, it's possible you have the ROW games already.

Im from the SEA region, so the games i buy are all region locked
