Downloading Football Manager

I am offshore at the moment and the wifi does not allow me to log into the steam app, therefore i cannot download football manager 2016 that i just purchased. I believe i can download this remotely instead via the steam website, but when i go to games and see football manager in my account, it does not have a download option next to it?
Can you please help as to how i can download this game without access to the steam app?

You have to download via steam. The remote download is just to tell the client to download the game. Steam has to be open.

Steam is a broadband service, It requires an active internet connection.

You download SteamCMD from the page,

login <accountname> <password>
<SteamGuard code>
app_update 378120

After it's downloaded, you should have the game folder, and a SteamApps -folder inside the game folder.

Once on your primary computer, place the appmanifest_378120.acf in your actual Steam -client's SteamApps\ -folder and the game folder under SteamApps\common\
