You cannot buy a game with debit card "F" and then refund it to debit card "G".
Explain. What game did you buy? What account did you buy it for? What payment method did you use to pay for it? What game did you refund?
Maybe that will help. Right now it seems you are very confused and confusing other people.
If you have multiple debit cards in RL, that suggests you have more than one bank account. If somehow money is on the incorrect RL debit card of yours (thus in the wrong real life bank account), then simply go to your bank and have your bank transfer money from one of your bank accounts to another.
It's that simple. Many adults do it every day!
This has nothign to do with having multiple steam accounts.
