ESC key not responding in Game for CSGO.

ESC key not responding in Game.
So I use the ESC key in CSGO for a lot of things, such as, bringing up the exit menu, going back a page on the buy menu. I didn't realize how much I used it until it just stopped working.

My escape key functions properly. I can open up a Youtube video, make it fullscreen, hit escape and it backs out of fullscreen. However about 2 days ago in CSGO my escape key stopped functioning altogether.

I've double checked my keyboard settings to make sure English was set. I've also tried adding bind "ESCAPE" "cancelselect"
to my autoexec but it still does nothing.

Really need some help on this issue, it's extremely inconvientient.

Esc Key doesnt work in games

Okey, So my Esc key is not working like its supposed to, If i want the effect of it i have to click Shift+esc, is there anyway to get it back like the way it was before, Im am curently using Win 8.1. When i checked online, people were saying that photoshop was the problem, im not using any verisions of PS, a quick and easy respons would be nice(im not the most tech-y Guy out there)

It works fine in Youtube but not in Ubisoft games either

No i have tried this keyboeard on other computers and it works fine... i think

Does this issue happen outside CS:GO? In some other game for example?

No, I have no other known issues invovling anything. The only issue I am having, as of just a couple days ago involves the use of my ESC key on CSGO.

I also Verified the Integrity of the Game Cache. It said there were 10 errors but it did not fix the issue.

I just uninstalled the game. Going to see if that fixes it at all.

What do you mean 'come up stometimes', Does it go away or fix itself? I'm just read hitting shift+esc will ahve the same effect but that still sounds inconvientient. I just want to hit my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ esc key and it function properly.
