Which means 15% total.
If you list something on CS:GO for 5€, the buyer pays is 1.15 times that = 5.75€
Considering the prior Market sales which allowed for up to 30% less for Steam Mobile Authenticator users without hurting the seller, I guess the range goes as far as 25% Game Fee at top.
I know that I'm getting 1.20 times price on for example Sins of a Solar Empire; but I'm only getting 1.15 times on most other items.

It would be easier if it was just calculated when you purchase the Item off the market, instead of being calculated at the seller's end which affects market prices.
