If that is the case, I'd recommend unsubscribing and resubscribing one by one here:

Easy way to do that is by mid-mouse clicking the banner of the item before unsubscribing, to open the Workshop window in another window. If unsubscribing doesn't do the trick, re-subscribe and move onto the next entry on the list.
