they said if i wanted to play the game my dad was playing, it would kick him off, but it said nothing about playing a completely DIFFERENT game and kicking him off of the game he wants to play...i started up Dying Light to do a couple things while i waited for my friends to get online, and my dad is playing Fallout 3 and it notified him he has 5 minutes to get out of the game or buy it.....whats the point of sharing when i cant enjoy my games and he cant either? i thought it was the same game that it warned about....not the use of....sorry i started ranting

No, he can't use any of the games in your library while you're playing a game. The point of it is for families (who generally share a pc) to share their games without giving full access to their account.

It's five accounts across 10 machines and it really doesn't matter what your intention is. People will abuse the system as much as they can.

In other words, this is why we can't have nice things.
