Steam account suspected for fraudulently activity
So today I saw when I launched the steam client, this message
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Steam Support Alert for fr0st_p1xel - 4 February
This account appears to have been used for fraudulent activity.

Steam Support has flagged your account as potentially having been used for fraudulent activities. Please contact Steam Support so that we can assist you.

This account will have restricted functionality until this issue is resolved.

Purchasing, gifting, trading, buying and selling items on the Community Market, and cd-key activation have been disabled.

More info on this topic is available here: Steam Terms of Service Agreement.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And I did contact steam support for that, got an email saying that check for discussion forums and your issue may be solved according to our knowledge base.
I have made a ticket for the issue but why did I got banned even if I didn't do any fraud?
It doesn't say whether it is a permanent or temporary ban, most probably temporary since it says 'until issues is resolved'.
Did anyone else had this problem? If yes then please help me solving this if you already did.

Thank you for your support.

These tend to be permanent till resolved and are often the result of chargebacks, either for a game/virtual items you bought personally directly from Steam or perhaps games/items you traded for or bought from 3rd party sites.

Thanks a lot for replying. I purchased the items from steam, but the ones I purchased from the 3rd party that is humble bundle, they are still in my library and I can use them but the other ones show me to pruchase them.

So the games you purchased on Steam are no longer in your library? Did you use the same payment method with both stores? Is it possible somone charged back your Steam purchases?

Well, I did use the same payment method, and pretty sure I didn't request a refund. The games I purchased on steam are in my library but shows the button 'purchase' instead of 'play'.

Check with your payment method (call) because it sounds like the purchases were undone for some reason.

Yeah this morning I got 14 mails for each thing I purchased saying they got refunded and the bacnk account will recieve the refund in several days. Dunno why they got undone, never requested a refund as I said.

Call your payment service and tell them to undo the chargebacks.
