I downloaded a skin for steam how do i get rid of iT?

The same way you enabled it.

Steam > Settings > Interface.

Use the dropdown menu that says [Select the skin you wish Steam to use]

OR just exit the Steam -client; go to Steam\skins\ and remove the skin's folder; restart Steam.
