serious question! how do u comment on someone's steam profile?

i m in cs go maybe ina match or i go to someone's profile from my games history, why can t i comment on the profiles when obviously someesle has already done it? how do i do it? do i need to be friend with the person or what?

Some people allow everyone to comment on the profiles; others allow only friends to comment there; some none at all.

i don t seem to be able to comment on your profile either for example! the thing is that could be possible that i m being really stupid and i don t see how to do it!!! is there a "leave a comment" botton or something, that i m not seeing?
