Discovery queue - no unreleased products option not working

I tried support, but with no avail :(, I was sent here

Once in a while in queue I'm getting unreleased games although I have option 'unreleased products' unticked.
Most common case is when author sets release date before day I'm having particular queue like:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/855240/TheTruthexe/
or it's just the same year like:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/704000/GUNHEAD/
But recently I got in queue those 2 titles as well:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/630700/Rocket_Arena/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/986770/16_PlanesReturn/

If steam can show 'Coming soon' on page, why it cannot filter out those titles in queue??
Please fix or help
