How do I know what connections I have to my account?
I think a long time ago that I connected something to my account with a "Sign in from/with Steam" thing. Does it have my account details? Can it change anything in my account? How do I get it off of my account? Steam Guard says that no other devices are connected to my account. What should I do? Any help would be amazing!

Since steam has zero control over where you place your sensitive security information, no, there's no way to tell which shady 3rd party sites you've willingly given easily shared and scam-starting information.

"Devices" = your phone, or other computers.

it does not and has never meant 'the other sites you logged into'.

That's all on you to figure out. This is why using those sites is at your own risk. Steam does not cover them, and will never help you on that.

Does this mean I would be able to change my password and no site would have access? Or does steam give them permanent access?

Edit: I have also never gotten a steam guard notification telling me something has logged into my account

Just because you have not yet been scammed doesn't mean any site other than steam's built-in trade system is safe.

Yes, you probably want to, if you know you've used other sites than steam with your steam login info...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
** If there is nothing in the API key area, that’s fine. If there IS something, remove it. Nothing should be there.**

No items that have been traded away during this time will be returned to you.

Change your Email’s password on your computer for safety

1. I have scanned with malwarebytes a few days ago

2. I have deauthorized a few minutes ago

3. I am going to go do that now

4. I am going to go do that now

5. Did you mean the "Domain Name" area? Because if you do, there is nothing there.

6. Nothing has been done with my items, I am just worried I will lose my games

7. I might do that later

Thank you so much for all of your help, I really appreciate what you have done! :steamhappy:

I am going to go check that out now, thank you!
You won't lose your games. :)

Just be sure to keep your login and security information *private*. It doesn't belong anywhere but on steam.

It's been a while since I've done that and now I know lol

Also, in https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey, is the "Domain Name" supposed to be blank?
There is nothing else other than an empty Domain Name text box, the register button, the title, description, and "Agree to TOS" button.

"Login through Steam" does not allow any changes, or give any information that's not already public; it's basically just a link to your profile.

For that reason, Steam doesn't know about these, and you need to go the 3rd party site to get rid of them. Again, think of it like a link to your profile: if you bookmark it in your browser, you have to remove it in your browser.

Of course, scam sites might make it look like a legitimate login through Steam... easy way to avoid that is to log into Steam first, then use the login on the site -- if it just asks yes/no then it's fine, if it wants a new login then it's not.

This might be able to give a hint, though: https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata/ThirdPartyLogins
